A supply partner for your access network

From enclosure selection to a project-ready BOM

Guangjia is a fiber distribution box supplier for telecom operators, ISPs, FTTH contractors and distributors. Compare existing enclosures by capacity, installation environment and internal configuration, then discuss the supply scope for your project.

When selecting an FTTH distribution box manufacturer, look beyond the enclosure size. Subscriber ports, splice management, splitter space, connector compatibility and site conditions should be reviewed together. Our team can help align the selected models with your BOM and procurement requirements.

02 / Procurement selection

Specify the details that matter on site

A clear specification helps match the enclosure to the network and makes quotations easier to compare. Include these inputs with your BOM.

01 / Capacity & subscriber ports

Specify fiber count, splice capacity, adapter positions and the number of subscriber drops separately. Core count alone does not define usable output ports.

02 / Splitter & connector configuration

State the PLC ratio and packaging, SC/UPC or SC/APC requirements, and whether adapters or pigtails are needed. Confirm space and compatibility with the selected enclosure.

03 / Installation environment

Identify indoor, sheltered or outdoor locations and wall or pole mounting. Protection ratings, mounting hardware and sealing details are model-specific.

04 / Cable entry & maintenance

Provide cable diameters, inlet and outlet counts, routing needs and required access for maintenance. Include existing enclosure dimensions for replacement projects.

05 / Enclosure & accessories

Confirm material, color, door structure, tray arrangement and included accessories. Separate an empty enclosure request from a configured assembly.

06 / Procurement & destination

Share model quantities, samples or mixed-model requirements, rollout phases and delivery destination. Request packing and shipping terms with your quotation.

03 / B2B supply & customization

Build your order around the project

Review model selection, bulk quantities, OEM / ODM needs and fulfillment options with Guangjia before confirming the order.

Bulk supply

Plan wholesale fiber distribution box orders around your model list and deployment quantities. Samples, mixed models and project batches can be discussed before order confirmation.

OEM / ODM

For an OEM fiber distribution box request, share branding, enclosure and packaging requirements. Our team will review feasibility, configuration and order terms for the selected models.

Project configuration

Send your BOM, fiber counts, adapter types, splitter needs and installation conditions. Confirm the enclosure, accessories and supplied assembly scope together.

China manufacturing & supply

Coordinate sourcing through Guangjia in Cixi, Ningbo, China. Review product selection, configuration, packing and export shipment requirements with one supply contact.

Global shipping

Discuss courier, air or sea shipment for your destination. Freight, packing volume, dispatch timing and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation.

04 / Deployment applications

Where the distribution box fits

The enclosure organizes passive fiber distribution and termination between the network route and subscriber connections. Use the existing solution and industry pages to plan the wider supply scope.

Residential FTTH distribution

Connect passive optical splitting, ODP distribution and subscriber termination within your planned network. Match each enclosure to the drop count and installation site.

05 / Procurement FAQ

Questions before you source

Which distribution box capacities are available?

The current range includes 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 and 48 core options. The 12 core recommendation is an existing FTTH terminal box. Some enclosures support alternative capacities, so specify the exact required configuration in your inquiry.

How do I compare an ODP box manufacturer or supplier?

Start with the model and deployment requirements: fiber count, subscriber ports, cable entries, splitter space, connectors and mounting. Ask your ODP box supplier to confirm the supplied configuration and model-specific specifications against your BOM.

Does every box include a PLC splitter and adapters?

No. Selected existing models support SC adapters or PLC splitter installation, including a 16 core enclosure with 1:16 splitter support. Installation support does not mean accessories are included. Confirm the splitter ratio, packaging, adapters, pigtails and assembly scope in your quotation.

Are all distribution boxes rated for the same outdoor conditions?

No. Indoor, sheltered and outdoor models have different specifications. Confirm the exact model’s protection rating, sealing, mounting and site suitability; no single IP rating applies to the whole range.

Can Guangjia support bulk and OEM / ODM orders?

Yes, wholesale, project and OEM / ODM requirements can be discussed with our team. Send model quantities and requested branding, enclosure or packaging changes so feasibility and order terms can be reviewed. Minimum quantities and timing are confirmed for the request.

What should I send for a quotation?

Include the enclosure model or capacity, quantities, adapter and splitter requirements, cable entries, mounting method and destination. Add drawings or a BOM by email when available. Freight, packing, timing and supplied accessories will be reviewed with the quotation.
