Refund Policy

GUANGJIA supplies fiber optic products for B2B, wholesale, and project-based orders. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

Return Window

For standard products, return requests must be submitted within 10 days after delivery. Please contact us first at cixiguangjia@foxmail.com before returning any item.

Condition for Returns

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom and Project Orders

Customized products, OEM/ODM items, special project configurations, cut-to-length cables, and confirmed bulk orders are generally not refundable unless there is a verified quality issue, wrong item, or damage caused before delivery.

Quality Issues or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, order information, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and may offer replacement, repair support, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping, Duties, and Fees

International freight, import duties, customs clearance fees, destination charges, local taxes, and bank fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will notify you after the returned goods or evidence has been reviewed. Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and bank handling time.
